Nukem: Remove Elements from Web Pages Permanently

Nukem is a free Chrome extension developed by Gruntfuggly that allows users to remove elements from web pages permanently. While there are many other extensions available that offer similar functionality, Nukem stands out by remembering the removed elements and removing them every time the page is loaded again.

Once installed, users can simply press the toolbar button to start removing elements. Pressing the button again will stop the removal process. If users want to make any tweaks, they can access the options page which displays the list of removed elements. If no tweaks are required, users can simply press Close.

Nukem also offers the ability to use wildcards, making it possible to remove elements from multiple pages on the same site. Additionally, users can set an optional delay in case the element they want to remove doesn't appear immediately.

Please note that Nukem may not be able to remove dynamically generated content on certain websites. In such cases, users can right-click the toolbar icon to visit the options page and make adjustments such as adding a delay or reducing the scope to ensure the desired elements are removed upon page refresh.
